WHICH NBA PLAYER MANAGED TO PLAY 64 GAMES, AVERAGE OVER 25 POINTS PER GAME, AND STILL ONLY ACCUMULATE 1.3 WIN SHARES IN THE 2009-10 SEASON?

Once upon a time back in the 2009-10 season the Warriors were not so high and mighty. Led by a rookie Steph Curry, the team won an abysmal 26 games. Lots of losses meant lots of shots for Monta Ellis, however, who posted a career high 25.5 points per game. His win shares were far less impressive as he accumulated just 1.3 of them. That's a miserably low amount even for on a bottom feeder team. In fact, no other NBA player that has averaged at least 25 points and appeared in at least 5 games in a season has ever had a lower total. For context, Damyean Dotson, of the 17-win Knicks last year, had 1.5 win shares.
